Lead Digital Business Analyst

A new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Digital Business Analyst to join a well-known, hugely successful, FTSE 100 organisation based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This role comes at an exciting time of growth in line with the launch of new and exciting company initiatives.

As the Lead Digital Business Analyst , you will be joining the companies Digital team so experience working on mobile/web projects is essential. You should boast extensive experience within an agile environment, working closely with Scrum and Product teams. 

The role will require you to have leadership experience, although there are no direct reports for this position, you will be actively working alongside and mentoring more junior BAs. You should be confident looking at business problems, then working with senior level stakeholders to create and implement solutions.

Key skills required for the Lead Digital Business Analyst:

• Extensive experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on mobile/web projects
• Experience implementing business change and new ways of working
• Extensive experience working in an agile environment, working closely with scrum team
• Experience managing or leading a team is essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + up to 30% bonus + benefits

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
