Site Supervisor/Working Foreman

£18-£19 per hour + Allowance

My client are a specialist within the food and beverage sector. They provide a full turnkey solutions including fit outs, refurbishments and maintenance works. Fast track fit out/refurbishment works. Project values ranging from £20/£30k up to £1.5m. A large portion of my client work is around Birmingham but as they continue to grow, so does their locations of work – just being awarded sites in Milton Keynes and Northampton

My client works with blue chip clients, such as: JD Weatherspoons, Mitchell & Butler, Marstons and Admiral Taverns.

 Due to the variations of fit out/refurbishment and maintenance works, my client requires a site supervisor/working foreman who is willing to be on the tools (when required).

 Candidate Criteria:

 Min 3 year experience as Site Supervisor/Working Foreman

Fit out or Refurbishment experience within pub or restaurant sector.

Overseen projects up to value of £1.5m

Joiner by trade

Min SSSTS required

Open to nationwide work – although most work is in and around Midands

Must be commutable to the office based in Birmingham
