IT Technical Support Engineer – Software as a Service
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £20k - £30k
Software Platform business whose tech stack is built fully in pure JavaScript Technology are currently looking to continue their 2018 growth by hiring for a new Technical IT Support Engineer to join their service desk team.
Essential Skills:
- Experience working in a smaller service desk team rather than a massive MSP
- Supporting external customers with technical support issues with the system
- Worked on supporting Software Cloud bases systems
- Strong communication and customer service attitude
- Passion for technology
- Worked with AWS and MongoDB environments
- Interest in emerging technologies such as JavaScript frameworks.
