UX Research Analyst – A/B Testing – Manchester - £33k

Job Title: UX Researcher 

Location:  Manchester City Centre

Emerging business within the optimisation improvement market are looking to continue their curve of growth by bringing in a number of UX Researchers who have a keen interest in User Experience principals, behaviours and the analytical abilities to produce user research and A/B testing results.

 

With continued growth, the key to 2017, you will have the opportunity to work a number of large website optimisation projects. User behaviour plays a pivotal role for customers around the world every day and you will have the chance to collaborate with both development teams and UX Designers in order to take A/B Tests through from initial concepts to build and completion.

Day to Day role:

  • User research
  • Reviewing website analytics data
  • Liaising across the different teams including UX, Development and Projects.
  • Ability to analyse A/B test results to understand how this could impact UX and ROI

Essential Skills needed:

  • Experience in a UX Researcher or similar capacity including Conversion rate optimisation
  • Passion for UX
  • Web Analytic experience e.g. Google Analytics
  • Ability to conduct user research
  • Experience of communicating with both internal and external customers

Due to the growth phase the business is at, they can move quickly for the right candidate and therefore can interview immediately.

Salary is up to £33k for the right candidate, but with the business flourishing they want people with the right mindset, and not someone who sees this as just another job.
