An exciting entrepreneurial tech company is looking for a number of Senior Software Engineer to join a brand new development team in their new Brighton office!
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of greenfield projects in addition to existing business tasks, playing a key role in shaping the technology of the business for long term growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with the Head of Technology, you will make decisions on how the platform will evolve, collaborating with the wider tech department to discuss ideas and tackle any programming challenges.
You will have a high degree of autonomy in this role, creating and executing the technology service strategy, whilst fostering a collaborative environment with an emphasis on delivery and achieving results. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a mid-level engineer.

- Extensive experience as a full stack engineer, working with PHP and JavaScript
- A promoter of testing practices
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch, RESTful APIs, and caching technologies
- Experience with AWS, Docker, NodeJS, Serverless and/or continuous delivery would be a plus!
