A global communications provider who are changing the way the world communicates - by creating a whole new set of possibilities - are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on and results-driven Full-Stack .NET Web Developer to join the team in their Central London headquarters!
You will work within a SCRUM team and be focused on specifying, designing, constructing, and supporting the digital channel of products which will include a huge range of applications and their functions. You will need to constantly deliver high quality, clean code that is maintainable and readable
They are a strongly focused agile development team working in bi-weekly sprints, with automated testing and are looking for a strong Full-stack .NET Web Developer, who is equally strong with Front-End web technologies like; HTML, CSS, JavaScript and .NET Back-End web technologies like; C#, ASP.NET MVC.
The core skills and requirements to be successful in this Full-Stack .Net Web Developer role are as follows but, are not limited to:
- You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience of working in a Full-Stack development environment with a high level of competence in object-oriented analysis, design and coding in a .NET server-side environment.
- You will need to practice Test Driven Development (TDD), by writing unit tests that leverage mocks and stubs, as well as automated integration tests.
- You will be given the chance to take ownership of your work and contribute to an effective project team building market pioneering products.
- You will have to be comfortable with the full software development lifecycle, from clarifying acceptance criteria to production deployments.
- These guys are looking for expert knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Web development stack including C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- You will also need a very strong knowledge of the front-end web technologies like; HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a keen interest in web technologies in general.
- Previous CMS system experience with either EPiServer or Sitecore would be a huge benefit – otherwise any sort of CMS experience will do.
You will need to be passionate about quality and have proven experience of delivering high quality code to production, as well as a real passion for working in a team and building great products.
