Salary: GBP12 - GBP12 per hour + holiday pay, pension

Are you a graduate looking for that first step in your career? 

I am recruiting a Graduate Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a company based in central Brighton. 

This role is ideally suited to someone with excellent customer service, administration and IT skills. A degree in finance or similar would be ideal. 

This is a temporary role initially but there may be more opportunities afterwards.

Key duties:

  • Processing new applications
  • Updating the relevant departments
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Working to KPI's and deadlines 
  • Building good working relationships with all key stakeholders
