If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join an independent agency as a Lettings Advisor.

This is a full time role – hours of work are: 
Monday to Friday  08.45 – 18.00 hrs
Saturday     09.00 – 16.00 hrs
This will be a a five-day working week including Saturday with a weekday in back lieu. 

Duties will include: 
• Appraise rental applicants
• Viewings
• Explain the rental process, requirements from the applicants and time expectations
•Process the referencing working with the referencing company and to keep the landlord and applicants informed.
•Draw up the tenancy agreement and all other related paperwork and to see the file through to completion.
•Instruct the inventory clerk and work alongside the property manager to confirm that the gas safety etc are all in place

The ideal candidate will have a background in Property however this is not essential. You will need to have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task in a busy and varied environment.
