Senior eCommerce Project Manager – Agile/B2C – Milton Keynes
Senior eCommerce Project Manager required for a leading client based in Milton Keynes. You are coming on board to support the creation of an end to end sales channel that enables customers to purchase online. Our client is aiming to achieve greater control over the customer journey and requires a candidate with an extensive background within a business change environment.
Key Skills,
- Senior eCommerce project management or programme management experience
- Experience improving the customer journey and working on business change programmes of work/requirements
- Evaluate existing business case and new business propositions as well as discovery work
- Internal and external party management to develop an eCommerce solution
- Exposure to direct sales channels
- Adoption and development of agile development processes and methodologies
- Retail B2C
- Previous experience working within an automotive environment
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
