Senior Finance Project Manager – Finance & Procurement System Change – London
Finance and system change / (ACMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ACA)
You are coming on board to join a transformational finance and procurement change programme which will ultimately result in a more efficient financial system for our client.
The vision for the project is to ensure finance/procurement systems are used and working more effectively and help meet the client’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities,
- Management of the project phases to include detailed requirements gathering, software selection, configuration, implementation and user change management.
- Process management – Optimise and improve processes
- Stakeholder management – manage and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Risk and issue management – Determine and manage risk mitigation plans
- Project planning – Define project critical success factors, define phase budgetary objectives and ensure deadlines are being met
- Reporting – Conduct detailed project reviews and track performance
- Vendor and contract management – Manage RFI/RFP (design, submission and review) as well as quality assurance & control
Key Experience,
- Extensive Project Management experience on a similar finance and system change project
- Strong financial system skills are essential
- A qualified accountant – ACMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ACA
- Proven experience in business change management
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
