Scrum Master required for a cutting edge client based in Derby. You are coming on board to join a large transformational programme of work and be a part of agile coaching and product roll out. A suitable candidate will have a technical understanding of Java, Cloud and SQL.
Key skills required;
- Extensive Scrum Master experience
- Technical understanding of Java, Cloud and SQL
- Agile coaching experience
- Previous experience of working in an Agile environment
- Experience creating high level requirements
- Strong knowledge of As-Is-To-Be processes
- The ability to draft open ended requirements for the client
- High level Stakeholder management and engagement
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
