Business Analyst – Salesforce – Milton Keynes 

Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Milton Keynes. You will be coming on board to help transform operational objectives into business solutions by gathering, analysing and translating specific needs into business requirements and functional specifications.

A suitable candidate will have previous experience working with enterprise CRM products, ideally Salesforce.

Key Skills Required;

• Salesforce Business Analyst experience
• Previous experience in the discovery phase of a salesforce implementation
• Experience dealing with advance business issues that have medium to high complexity
• Translate business needs into high level and detailed requirements
• Build business cases using modelling tools, cost benefit analysis and impact assessments
• Work with Project Managers and provide business cases, planning, risk identifications, problem and issue management
• Liaise with 3^rd party suppliers to create functional specifications
• Investigate, research and propose new developments applicable to the wider business
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
