Senior Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Leeds. You are coming on board to join the business wide transformation towards operating in Scaled Agile.
A suitable candidate will have previous experience working in a Scaled agile environment (SAFe.)
Key Skills Required;
- Senior Business Analyst experience
- Previous experience of working in a Scaled agile environment is essential (SAFe)
- Moving to operating with SAFe within a business wide transformation
- Ability to create high level requirements
- Mentoring and coaching background
- Strong knowledge of As-Is-To-Be processes
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels
- Background working within banking/finance would be highly desirable
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
