Experience Requirements:
- Civil / construction works
- Strong in Method Planning
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops construction method drawings
- Produces temporary work designs such as steel/timber formwork, heavy scaffolding and shoring
- Handles method planning and method coordination with Architect and Structural Engineers
- Prepares method of construction and typical cycle for high-rise building works or building renovation
- Prepares method presentations to Clients and Authorities Required skills
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Well-versed in AutoCAD software
- Preferably familiar with Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel, BIM and REVIT software optional but appreciated
- Must have good oral and writing skills.
- Able to communicate well in English Required experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ construction experience in building in a similar position (method engineer) is required.
