Role Profile
My client, an established and growing food manufacturer and distributor across the UK, are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their operation in the Surrey region. You will be responsible for a small team in a fast paced operation and have full accountability for the successful delivery of goods from the site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- KPI management – achieve productivity performance and 100% SLA on shipments
- Monitor and manage health & safety compliance
- Motivation and development of your team
- Ensure handovers for the next shift are completed
- Liaise closely with Despatch team to ensure goods are despatched on time
About you
- A hands on leadership style is essential, with demonstrable experience of working within a successful team in a fast paced environment.
- You will be able to discuss and display how you effectively lead and coach a colleagues to achieve and exceed KPI's.
- Experience working in a health & safety focused environment, ideally within food manufacturing.
