Role Profile
Our client, a well known UK distributor, are looking to appoint experienced Warehouse Team Leaders for their site based in the Buckinghamshire region. You will be responsible for the daily man management and operation of the warehouse function while maintaining best in class customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for;
- Managing department performance, quality and cost and compliance
- Managing the flow of Goods In, Pick and Goods Out
- Planning and allocation of work using planning systems ensuring on time, in full delivery.
- Reviewing and improving productivity through effective provision of planning information.
- Incident and accident investigation.
- Liaison between operational departments ensuring continual smooth processes.
You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the warehouse and will be expected to have a hands-on approach.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced distribution operation, ideally within a retail, food / food manufacturing or parcel environment. You must be able to clearly demonstrate how you engage within your teams and have a hands on approach to work
