Role Profile
My client, a well-established manufacturing business across the UK, are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for their growing manufacturing operation in the Llanelli area. The position will be accountable for the Engineering team on their shift across the site, as well as continual liaison with other departments such as production.

Strong leadership skills are a vital attribute for the successful candidate and with accountability for a diverse, growing team, with continued development and coaching being a critical part of the role.

This position is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on nights.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience leading engineers within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You must be able to demonstrate how you create a culture of engagement within your teams and be able to show clear examples of developing people.

Additionally, the below skills and experiences are beneficial but not all essential;

• Engineering qualification
• Experience in an FMCG business
