Role Profile
My client, a well established manufacturing business across the UK, are looking for experienced Tool Change Engineers / Operatives for their growing operation in the Llanelli area. The position will be accountable for the safe and efficient changing of tools across the operation, as well as continual liaison with other departments such as Production, Planning, Quality Control and Warehouse.
You will work in line with all health and safety regulations and policies setting up and operating production equipment in line with the manufacturing practices. Additionally you will support the engineering team on machine change overs, routine inspections and equipment replacements.
There are various shifts available throughout the week – all are full time with a premium rate paid for overtime.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You must be able to clearly demonstrate the work you have done previously in an engineering / tool change role.
