Role Profile
My client, an established and growing food manufacturer and distributor across the UK, are looking for a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager to join their operation in the Surrey region. You will be responsible for a fast paced operation and have full accountability for the successful delivery of goods from the site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- KPI management
- Monitor and manage health & safety compliance
- Motivation and development of your team
- Ensure handovers for the next shift are completed
- Liaise closely with Despatch team to ensure goods are despatched on time
About You
A strong, hands on management style is essential, with demonstrable experience of leading shift operations in demanding environments. You will be able to discuss and display how you effectively lead and coach a team to achieve and exceed KPI's.
With a strong understanding of health & safety awareness, budget management and disciplinary management, you will be proactive and ambitious in your approach with a willingness to exceed all SLAs and KPIs.
