Role Profile
My client, a well established manufacturing business across the UK, are looking for experienced Warehouse and Production Team Leaders for their growing operation in the Llanelli area. The position will be accountable for the warehouse and / or production operation across the site, as well as continual liaison with other departments such as Planning and Quality Control
Strong leadership skills are a vital attribute for the successful candidate and with accountability for a diverse, growing team, with continued development and coaching being a critical part of the role.
There are various shifts available throughout the week – all are day shifts and full time with a premium rate paid for overtime.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse operation. You must be able to clearly demonstrate how you create a culture of engagement within your teams and be able to show clear examples of developing people.
Additionally, the below skills and experiences are beneficial but not all essential;
- Ability to work across all levels of colleague and departments, continuously liaising with the senior team.
- IOSH
- HACCP
- Continuous Improvement experience across an FMCG distribution operation.
- Commercially focused, with clear achievements against budgets / KPI's.
- IT Literate
