Profile
My client is looking for an immediately available Production Team Leader to join their operation in Manchester and lead a small team of production technicians in the manufacture of complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies. 

Skills
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar position, preferable Aerospace or Automotive and environment with the below skills and knowledge essential.

• Have completed a recognised apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Competent working with a QA system, conducting inspection and end of line validations.
• Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• In depth experience with the assembly of automated equipment including machined components, cabling, motors etc.
• Experience working within an MRP controlled manufacturing environment is an additional benefit.

About You
In order to be successful in the role, you will be a driven, hands on Team Leader who is self-motivated and target driven. You will have experience managing small teams of technicians and have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the operation.
