Role Profile
My client, a well established food manufacturing business across the UK, is looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join their growing operation in Oxfordshire. The position will be accountable for the full Production operation across the site, as well as continual liaison with other departments such as Planning, Quality Control and Warehouse.
Strong leadership skills are a vital attribute for the successful candidate and with accountability for a diverse, growing team or over 150, continued development and coaching is a critical part of the role.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced food production operation. You must be able to clearly demonstrate how you create a culture of engagement within your teams and be able to show clear examples of developing people.
Additionally, the below skills and experiences are essential;
- Degree Qualified
- Ability to work across all levels of colleague and departments, continuously liaising with the senior team.
- Continuous Improvement experience across an FMCG distribution operation.
- Commercially focused, with clear achievements against budgets / KPI's.
- IT Literate
