Position:

The Data Analyst is responsible for end to end processing of data files from Clients including training Clients on file requirements, reviewing file specifications and loading data into the Extend Health system. The Analyst works with Clients to resolve any errors with file processing, loading data and escalations tickets that have been submitted from the call center.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that internal and external service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Facilitate ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new clients
  • Work with internal constituencies (implementation, call center, development, product, and carrier teams) to assure smooth internal operations
  • Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
  • Assure timely and accurate delivery of initial and ongoing print communications
  • Assist with development, testing, and implementation of new tools and process enhancements
  • Maintain data with the highest level of accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, highly analytical, organized and uncompromisingly detail-oriented
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Familiarity with SQL and ETL tools preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and improve processes to drive efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • History of being thorough, courteous, and responsive in customer service situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills- ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
  • Familiarity with Medicare a plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred
