Bilingual Call Center Representative (inside the perimeter) 

Summary:

Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service while communicating leads on products and services.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High call volumes: 150-450 calls daily
  • Update contact records to ensure all information is current
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceed quality assurance standards
  • Consistency in reaching monthly goals
  • Work independently while still maintaining company standards
  • Provide general information regarding products and services
  • Fast- paced, call center environment

 

Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales experience required
  • Call center experience preferred 
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Experience using customer service software 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • 35 wpm
  • Ability to multi-task

 

 

**Must be available to work long nights and weekends when scheduled**
