Salary: USD0 - USD12 per hour

A downtown Manhattan firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temp-hire basis!  The ideal candidate will wear several hats and be comfortable doing so!  This role will mainly assist with the mailroom operations as well as the contract writing department.

Responsibilites:

-logging packages in & out of Excel

-scanning building plans on flatbed scanner

-scheduling pick ups for packages

-writing & editing contracts

-data entry

-general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, photocopying etc.)

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree

-MUST have good MS Office skills (especially Excel)

-team player

-motivated and dedicated!

The permanent salary for this role is $30k with great benefits - medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, generous vacation/sick days & unlimited metro card after 3 months!!
