Our Client is looking for a receptionist for their professional healthcare office.

Description:

  • Answer phone lines and routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing emails in an efficient manner
  • Schedule and cancel appointments as needed
  • Maintain communication amongst staff, clients, and professional associates
  • Set up and maintain filing systems and basic databases as applicable
  • Prepare the meeting room for future conference and meetings
  • Greet all guests and visitors as applicable while conducting a positive and professional attitude
  • Maintain a clean and tidy facility throughout receptionist area

 

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi task
  • Professional and polished image
