Identity Access Management/ Sailpoint Expert Summary:

We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Expert to support Sailpoint application releases for our client in Plano, TX. The  Identity Access Management/ Sailpoint Expert will be responsible for performing the release activities, migrating the Sailpoint applications from Non-prod to Prod environment. Person needs to have good understanding of release management process with strong Sailpoint knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience implementing Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Customization.
• Experience with the following programming languages: java, Beanshell/javascript, jsp/servlet, SQL.
• Experience with following Web Technologies: XML, SOAP, Web and application servers(Tomcat), html.
• Experience setting up and installing software on unix/linux platforms.
• Experience with Database (Oracle, MYSQL).
• Experience with directories AD, LDAP.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning system.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication.
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management.
• Proven ability to work independently or in conjunction with a team.
• Good understanding of joiner, mover, leaver, 
• Good functional knowledge of IAM Domain
• Strong knowledge in Identity Management (Provisioning, Access Governance, and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)).LCM module in SailPoint IIQ.
• Good understanding of joiner, mover, leaver, Certifications.
• Assist with unique/complex security access requests. Analyze potential security access threat notifications and escalate as necessary.
• Answer general inquiries regarding information security practice and access management
• Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolution of Privileged Account Management service and related incidents.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining effective internal IAM control processes and procedures.
• Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits. Automate process to identify access discrepancies and remediate the issues.
• Programming languages: BeanShell /JavaScript, Java, JSP/Servlets, SQL Databases: Oracle, MSSQL.
• Excellent problem solving ,troubleshooting and communication skills
• Role engineering and SOD configurations in IIQ.
• Preferred Certified (CRISC/CISA/CGEIT)from ISACA
• Good understanding of joiner, mover, leaver, Certifications.
