Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an analyst for large-scale search engine marketing campaigns. Experience with comparison-shopping engines a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support specific Marketing functions to pursue the financial and business objectives Manage risk through issue identification and appropriate escalation
  • Manage all aspects of budget and procurement business needs across specific Marketing functions, including guidance on managing to budget and working closely with Finance to meet forecasts
  • Support budget and procurement training, templates, processes and new resource implementations to ensure Marketing is in policy across all areas
  • Follow budget reporting processes, produce reports and deliver to meet deadlines Manage overall budget for Product, CRM, Social and Media Marketing functions including: o Open all POs o Process all Invoices o Liaison to Procurement for expediting POs, SOWs, RFPs and QBRs o Manage budget process with all relevant stakeholders o Provide detailed quarterly program and T&E forecasted spend o Provide ad Hoc reporting as requested by Marketing Operations o Liaison to Accounting for month-end close and re-classes
  • Streamline and develop processes for tracking actual spend by Program
  • Track all spend by business goal, ROI and KPI
  • Execute and oversee special projects
  • Support the annual planning process Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years of consumer marketing experience, with a search, online or direct marketing focus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
  • Experience analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisions
  • Comfortable using measurement and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proven track record of success
  • High level of integrity with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient with Excel, SQL, Oracle, Micro strategy experience a plus
