Customer Success Manager
Location: London, England
Salary: GBP35000 - GBP40000 per annum + 20% OTE
We a currently working with an exciting company that provide a Marketing Data Analytic software solution to Advertisers and Digital Agencies. Our client’s software allows their customers to have complete control over all of their marketing activities and the performance outlook of their different media channels. A relatively young company who have been rapidly growing, and are looking to continue to grow their reach.
Our client is looking for a strong Customer Success Manager, to look after existing clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the solutions, and managing to use the analytics platform efficiently. The CSM will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, to ensure satisfaction and look for up sell opportunities.
• 1-3 years’ Martech experience
• Customer Success or Account Management experience
• Experience in Marketing/Technology
• Strong relationship builder
