A well-established food manufacturing company are recruiting an experienced Interim Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, with a mechanical bias.  You will be required to work a Monday-Friday days shift pattern but with the cover of 1 in 3 Saturdays.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

• Working across the day shift attending production breakdowns.
• You will be responsible for working through the planned maintenance schedule and carrying out any machinery/ wiring upgrades.
• You will be responsible for working through upgrades and installations of new and older machinery.
• You will also be required to do welding/fabrication on stainless steel pipes.

I am keen to see your CV if you are a maintenance engineer who likes to work at speed, under pressure, be able to think on your feet and be a creative and diligent maintenance engineer.  Ideally, you will have come from a food/FMCG or manufacturing background and hold relevant qualifications as well as being time served.  This is an interim role, Monday-Friday days and hourly rate is between £14-18 per hour.
