Reporting into the Group Engineering Lead, as Stores Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of your own performance/development needs, effectively manage your own time to maximise effectiveness.
- Ensure that all goods received are correctly logged and stored as appropriate and correctly locate incoming spares and materials, and returns to Stores, to ensure stock accuracy
- Effectively communicating between all levels in the department and Production on stock availability, delivery dates, and expenditure.
- Stocktaking and carry out inventory routines as required, ensuring a maximum of 5% of total stock is on zero and 100% critical spares on the stock.
- Place orders with suppliers, using post, telephone or electronically in a timely manner, along with this, obtain competitive quotes for potential purchases as required
- Maintain Store areas in a safe, tidy and efficient condition

I am keen to see your CV if you are qualified with at least an NVQ Level 2 in business administration and have had prior experience in a Stores Administrator role and have an understanding of the engineering parts used. This role is working on Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm basis, resulting in 45 hours per week.
