A well-established food business are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team based near Bridlington. The successful Maintenance Engineer will be required to work Monday to Friday doing day shifts (05.30 - 14:00), middle shifts (09.00 - 18.30) and back shifts (13.30 - 22.00). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful engineering team within a market-leading business.

As the Maintenance Engineer working nights you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned maintenance activities according to the PPM schedule.
• Stripping down production machinery ready for deep clean and rebuild machinery.
• Working with stores to ensure spare parts are in stock ready for PPM's.
• Working with the engineering manager to ensure schedules and reporting are updated.

I am really keen to see your CV if you have previous mechanical and electrical Maintenance Engineer experience and be happy working on PPM's outside of core production hours.  Be qualified to a minimum of level 3 within an engineering discipline and ideally have 16th/17th or 18th edition electrical qualifications. This role is advertised at £31k, this is made up of £30k basic and any additional overtime. The successful Maintenance Engineer will be a self-starter, able to work permanent nights and be proactive.
