A Large acquisitive food manufacturing business based in Malton are looking to recruit an experienced site services engineer working with refrigeration, compressors, heating and ventilation, pressure vessels, fabric of building-structure, steam lines, generators.

The right Site Services Engineer will need to balance team skills with a hands-on practical approach to engineering issues on site.

As Site Service Engineer typical activities may vary from week to week but will include:

• Cover arrangements for weekends, holidays and other absences

• Supporting the engineering team to encourage flexibility and cross-functional skills.

• Continuously strive to work to PPM schedules.

• Establishing agreements with key suppliers and contractors. This will include identification of appropriate providers, feasibility studies, arranging insurance and ensuring best practice.

I am really keen to see your CV if you are mechanically and electrically trained, time served or have had training in refrigeration, heating and ventilation. Industrial manufacturing background is essential. In return, the right site services engineer will be rewarded with training and development given as required and will be promoted internally were possible.

The successful Sites Services Engineer will work a 4 on /off days shift pattern and paying up to £35,000 plus overtime.
