An established leading food company based in York is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the business.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

• Working across the factory as part of the team attending production breakdowns, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.
• You will be responsible for working through the planned maintenance schedule and carrying out any machinery/ wiring upgrades.
• You will be responsible for working through upgrades and installations of new and older machinery.

I am really keen to see your CV if you are a time served Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of a level 3 qualification in an engineering field.  You will like to work at speed and be able to think on your feet and be a creative and diligent Maintenance Engineer, who is comfortable with electrical and mechanical, and happy to turn their hand to either. This role is working on a Monday-Friday shift pattern, with either 8 am-4:30 pm days or double days 6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm shift pattern.
