I am actively recruiting to a Service Coordinator position with a global engineering brand, working as part of their specialist Packaging Technology division.

The role is based at their site in Derby and is offered on a permanent basis with a competitive base salary up to 23k + bonus available for the right candidate.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

• Complete administration tasks for the Engineering team
• Coordinate work schedules and process requests for service engineers
• Prepare quotations for service work
• Process engineer’s timesheets and dispatch field service engineers
• Support field service activities through proactive communication and coordination
• Collate service costs and raise customer invoices
• Coordinate service activities including Spare Parts, Field Service Engineers and Modernization Projects in a prompt and efficient manner
• Manager customer quotation and order processes, providing first class customer service at all times

The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills:

• A good understanding of Customer Service Excellence
• Service coordinator experience or experience in an engineering support role
• Strong business administration and IT skills, SAP knowledge beneficial
• Fantastic communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels including with customers, service engineers and managers
• Ability to analyse and prepare data reports within deadlines & priorities
