Automotive Account Manager

Automotive Account Manager (INTACCMANAGER) Nottingham, England

Salary: GBP10 - GBP11 per hour


I am actively recruiting to an Internal Account Manager position based at my clients head office in the Beeston, Nottingham area.

My client are a leading supplier to the Automotive Aftermarket and this is an exciting opportunity to join their growing sales team. This will be a “temporary contract” which is offered on an ongoing basis (no end date) with the potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent contract. We are offering an hourly rate up to £10.50 with weekly payments (every Friday).

Please note, the successful candidate must have experience in the Automotive industry or very good knowledge at least to be considered.

The role:

  • Maintain regular contact with Automtive Aftermarket customers by telephone and email
  • Gather intelligence on potential opportunities within the allocated customer base
  • Carry out due-diligence on all opportunities
  • Follow up opportunities in your customer base in an timely manner
  • Maintenance and gathering of customer contact data
  • Monitor all new business, highlighting potential issues and replicating successes

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management
  • Good knowledge of the Automotive sector (aftermarket preferred)
  • Confident telephone manner
  • High level of communication skills, articulate, persuasive, confident and tenacious in their approach and abilities
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Aptitude for products, sales and customer service
