I am currently to a Customer Service Advisor position based in Nottingham.

 The position is working for a renowned global engineering organisation as part of their Automotive Aftermarket division. The role is offered on a permanent basis and will come with an annual salary up to £25000 per annum for the right candidate + benefits.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing customer service support for customers across the Automotive Aftermarket division
• Processing customer orders using internal systems
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone and by email
• Cross referencing of part numbers
• Managing after sales service and promoting products and services to support and grow the Aftermarket business

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, office based
• Experience in a telephone based role involving dealing with customer queries
• Either previous experience in the Automotive sector (ideally aftermarket) or good knowledge/passion for the industry
• Fantastic communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
