I am currently working with a global organisation who specialise in the inspection and certification of vehicles in order to recruit a Transport Coordinator for their Logistics team.

This is a long term contract position for the right candidate and the role will be based at their site in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Hourly rates are available up to £10.00 per hour for the right person.

Description:

• Provide administration support to clients an auditors, operating as a key member of the Automotive office team
• Planning and scheduling auditors workloads
• Financial data input & invoicing
• Respond to enquiries from customers, clients and auditors and colleagues (telephone and email)

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience in an administration or office based role
• Experience of any kind in the Automotive sector, or at least able to demonstrate strong interest in the Automotive industry
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience using spreadsheets and databases
