The primary objective is to grow profitable new revenue streams, and ensure client satisfaction and retention in a sales position that creates recurring commission with no earning caps.

Qualifications: - Professional that has been highly trained - Successful B2B sales experience selling service or cost reducing solutions - Ability and polish to present to C-level executives, vice presidents, directors, and managers - Strong communications skills via WebEx presentations sessions - Ability to present numerical analysis and work in virtual team environment - Leadership and team building ability - Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities: - Develop daily strategies for market penetration - Conduct daily outbound activity, prospect and qualify accounts for a follow-up screen sharing presentation - Present solutions initially in person or through the free WebEx suite - Setup appointments for our integrated solutions teams - Follow up with team members and executives for full debriefing - Move the process to the next level of progress, to ultimate close - Grow and build the opportunities pipeline for all StaffingForce offerings - Continue training with StaffingForce key executives - Work with key decision makers to help them reduce costs and risk - Engage post-sales implementation and conversion support - Monitor client satisfaction and customer feedback on effectiveness of implemented solutions - Manage and grow each account
