Development Accounting Manager, Top Pay, Irvine, CA Area (6565-20130501) Los Angeles, California

• Minimum of 7 years related experience; minimum of 2 years public accounting and real estate development accounting including GAAP and REIT compliances

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited four-year college or university
• Certified Public Accountant required
• Knowledge of commercial and residential property development and management principles and related industry experience
• Advanced skills in automated accounting (Timberline preferred) and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities include:
• Financial statement reporting, general ledger and tax returns

• REIT compliance
• Assist in preparation of quarterly income and annual operating budgets
