An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a FinTech Scale up who are backed by one of the Big 6 lenders. The Software Engineeing Manager will report into the CTO and be responsible for the application architecture and technical implementation of a ground-breaking suite of solutions. Being the Engineering Lead you will have a can do attitude that can generate and refine solutions architectures, provide technical leadership to development teams and define and implement best practices across a range of modern technologies;
- A collaborative approach balanced with technical leadership;
- Extensive hands on experience designing solutions using React, Node and C# based APIs in a Microsoft Azure / Azure DevOps based Scrum / CI environment.
- Demonstrable experience of working with UX Designers to create skinable, responsive white-label web applications;
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering robust multi-tenancy secure, scalable API based back end applications based on Node, C# and MySQL;
- Knowledge of bank level security technologies in an Azure based cloud only infrastructure environment, performance engineering techniques including caching technologies and data sharding;
- Experience of registration and authentication workflows using oAuth2 and Auth0;
