Technical Project Manager - FinTech- CRM- ChatBot -FinTech
Technical Project Manager is required for a well invested FinTech client based in central London. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience of working with a CRM System and will come on board to deliver a transformation programme of work. It would also be highly beneficial if you have Credit Cards experience.
Key skills:
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Experience of integrating new clients on their system
- Chatbot and call centre experience, ideally Intercom
- Experience interfacing web with CRM (ideally dynamics)
- Experience of working with Credit Cards (Desirable)
- Operational experience
- Working with a previous FinTech company preferred
- Background of integrating client’s databases
- Strong knowledge of understating roadmaps
- Business facing PM with a strong technical understanding
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Intercom and workflow experience ideally
- Exposure of working with structured methodologies (Prince2, APMP, MSP, Agile)
- Background of CRM integrations
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
