Incredible opportunity to join an established FinTech start up who have plenty of investment behind them. They are looking for someone who wants to create something special and move out of a chaotic environment and into a structured, entrepreneurial approach. Ideally you will have come from a Financial Services or FinTech Background.
The Key Skills of the Information Security Manager will have
- Responsible for the Cyber Security and InfoSec Risk Management process and risk register, working under the global risk management framework
- Completing RFPs and information security assessments from potential partners or customers
- Assisting with external business audits
- Owning and ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR policy and procedure across the organisation
- Driving improvements in the Information Security Management System
- Ensuring they achieve the ISO 27001 certification
Experience & Qualifications required:
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience including ISO, GDPR and ITIL
- Proven experience of managing of information security and cyber risk
- Background in IT and ideally Financial Services, FinTech
- Ability to define, document and implement security policies and procedures
- Have security issue expertise
