Assistant Manager - High Wycombe - Up to £24.3k + KPI related bonus, very achievable of up to £6k + Bonus!

As a result of an exciting period of growth and development in our business and in time for a significant amount of new store openings we are looking to add driven, fast paced, customer focused shop floor leaders to join our team.

In particular we're searching for an Assistant Manager to join our team in High Wycombe to take on the exciting task of leading from the front, setting high standards and be involved in the continued success story our stores continue to produce.

Our main focus is to provide our customers with a high level of service standards, consistently high product availability, an easy and smooth shopping experience and great value for money.

We continue to drive our brand awareness and demonstrate that we have amazing quality mixed with unbelievable prices and we are always looking for the brightest and best talent to join our already well established teams to support the development and success of our service driven and hardworking culture.

Assistant Managers are an ambassador for our stores, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, Provide outstanding customer service, they lead by example and they manage KPIs such as sales, salaries and stock loss targets

They'll also take ownership for recruiting, training and managing their team, they're responsible for performance and absence management and they ensure adherence to health and safety and security.

Assistant manager's work very closely with their store manager to ensure success is generated all year round.
