Overview

Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of bearings with exposure to the automotive, aerospace, power generation and renewable energy sectors. 

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager, on an immediate basis, to take charge of the Korea market.

The successful candidate will be expected to understand market trends, implement strategic planning and compete effectively against other established players.

Experience Required

• At least 8 years’ industry experience in a Sales/ Business Development position
• At least 5 years’ industry experience in Sales/ Business Development position within the automotive sector
• Any experience with bearings, sealing or valves is considered highly advantageous
• Good network with major Korean automotive OEM's or 1st tier manufacturers
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships over a sustained period of time. Account management/ client service skills are essential
• Competent in writing proposals and negotiation of business agreements
• Budget management
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Growth orientated mind set– open to further learning and development
• Ability to perform under pressure
