My Client in Buckinghamshire County Council is recruiting for a HCPC adult Social Worker to work within their Complex Care Team.
The purpose of this role is to To undertake complex assessments to ensure that an appropriate range of identified services are provided to a designated person or group of people within an agreed budget managed by the post-holder.
Suitable candidates must have a degree in Social Work and be on the HCPC register.
