My Client in Peterborough is recruiting for a HCPC registered Social Worker to work within their 0-25 Service.
In this role you will be working mainly with children with disabilities, their families and young people requiring support to transition into adulthood.
To be suitable for this role you must have an interest or experience in working with disabled children and young people with an interest around transitions.
