An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Swindon Borough Council. This is a temporary Children's Front Door Team Manager. In this role you will benefit from a competitive hourly rate whilst having the opportunity to work in a professional and vibrant environment.
As a Front Door Team Manager in assessment and Child Protection you will ensure that the team provides a high standard service to children. You will be focused on good outcomes with timely interventions at the right level. As a Team Manager you will also be responsible for initiating,implementing strategies and plans to deliver an effective service that achieves government expectations. You will also contribute to the strategic development of children's social care, Families and Community Health.
For this position you will need hold a recognised social work qualification and be HCPC registered. Furthermore, you will have at least two years post qualifying experience within relevant Social work experience to support your ability for this role.
