An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Norfolk Country Council . This is a temporary Childrens Team Manager role within the Early Help and Prevention Team. In this role you will benefit from a competitive hourly rate whilst having the opportunity to work in a professional and vibrant environment.

As a Team Manager, You will be responsible for supervising a team of social workers ensuring that the best possible work is carried out in regard to Children who are in need. You will also make sure that the team responds with the best social intervention in regard to the safety of the child. Overall you will be focused on good outcomes with timely interventions at the right level. As a Team Manager you will also be responsible for initiating, implementing strategies and plans to deliver an effective service that achieves expectations.

For this position you will need hold a recognised social work qualification and be HCPC registered. Furthermore, you will have at least two years post qualifying experience that supports your ability for this role.
