My client is an established rail organisation who has an exciting opportunity for an Asset Information Coordinator to join them out of London. This role is on a Fixed Term Contract until April 2018 and the successful candidate can expect to be offered a competitive pro rata salary.
Reporting into the Asset Information Manager you will provide a service to expedite, manage, monitor and deliver timely and accurate Asset Data & information generated and supplied by contractors and third parties. Ultimately, you will support and collaborate with both Site Delivery Teams and Contractors in maintaining effective control and management of Asset Data.
Duties:
+ Facilitate the delivery of the Asset Data and Information in line with Employer information requirements and processes
+ Ensure effective capture, storage, control and handover of all formally released Asset data deliverables
+ Provide support, direction and guidance to all stakeholders to ensure the project information management requirements
+ Be a first point of contact for Asset information queries and requests
+ Review the functionality of processes on site that support the overall information handover strategy
+ Facilitate exception/progress/KPI reporting
+ Cooperate with the business in all matters related to Health and Safety - including following safe working procedures
Skills:
+ Skilled in managing Asset Data and information activities - ideally in a large organisation
+ Good knowledge of Asset Data and data management systems
+ Skilled with processing large volumes of data following predefined procedures
+ Good communication skills who can liaise with all staff, contractor teams and 3rd parties
+ Team player
+ Good exposure to MS office - Word, Excel, Office & Outlook
